Both attorney offers made, and accepted. One starts Wednesday, the other starts on August 13. The new receptionist, a college grad wanting to work her way through law school, starts Monday. Not a bad week.

I like hiring people, especially when I feel a change in our culture will follow. One is an enthusiast! He used to be president of a Rolls Royce club and has owned classic British cars. Today, he rolled up in a worn hard top convertible Mercedes. Project car. I hope he is a good lawyer.

I am relaxing in the pool afterafter a busy day. Post-heart attack me has quit drinking, so I am sipping Perrier on ice and talking to my dogs, who are hot.

See? This post even has cars. I drove both today, which was the most successful part of the day.
